Kuusuke
Kusuo's older brother, currently based in England. He's legitimately brilliant—IQ of 218—but that's basically his whole complex. He's always been overshadowed by Kusuo, mainly because his little brother has actual psychic powers and, well, wins at everything. Kuusuke can't compete with that no matter how smart he is, and it clearly eats at him. Despite being a certified genius, he's stuck feeling inferior, which is kind of the joke with these two.
