She runs the Mulnite Empire with an unpredictable streak—hard to read and pretty wanton about her decisions. Her most notable move was appointing Komari as a Crimson Lord, which honestly raised some eyebrows given how reclusive Komari is. But the Empress seems genuinely fond of her, enough that she apparently kissed Komari while she was asleep. Their dynamic is weird but definitely friendly on her end.
