Kuroki Gensai—better known as "The Devil Lance"—is a legendary assassin operating in the criminal underworld. He's best known for his ruthless reputation and technical mastery, which made him a natural choice when Motorhead Motors needed a fighter for the Kengan Annihilation Tournament.
