Yoshiki
Yoshiki manages Voyager, a curry restaurant in Sapporo that's managed to carve out its reputation in a city packed with serious curry competition. He's known for being pretty vocal—he raises his voice a lot—but that hasn't stopped him from becoming genuinely respected for his customer service skills. It's one of those things that works despite seeming like it shouldn't.
