Pas is the eldest son of Knight Morteln, a poor nobleman ruling a frontier territory, and stands to inherit the lordship. The nickname stuck around and is what everyone calls him now.
In his past life, he was a genuinely talented pastry chef with a bright future ahead—until he died in an accident at the world pastry championship. When he woke up in this new world, he still had all his memories from before, which meant he still had all his skills too.
