Lucio, more commonly referred to simply as Mr. Manager, is the owner and manager of the Suicide Café where he drives out the Phobias inside people to free them from their desire to commit suicide. He is the employer of the Suicide Girls and seeks out candidates through the Café.
The Manager is a very affable old man, speaking very politely to his clients. He is very calm and collected most of the time, but momentarily becomes excitable when talking about coffee. He is extremely knowledgeable about Phobias and how they work, being responsible for inducting Kirari, and is very patient with her. He becomes very serious when discussing topics of death and is greatly dedicated to his mission ridding the world of Phobias.
