Roh
Roh serves as the Supreme Kai of Universe 9 and makes his appearance throughout the Universe Survival Saga in Dragon Ball Super.
He's basically the god figure responsible for overseeing his entire universe, which puts him in a pretty high-stakes position once the Tournament of Power kicks off. Like the other Supreme Kais, he's invested in whether his universe's fighters can hold their own against the competition.
