Noe Isurugi is the quirky girl Shin'ichirou runs into at school—literally, when he catches her jumping out of a tree. She'd gotten herself stuck up there while picking silverberries for Raigomaru, a chicken she keeps in a campus coop. Noe's got a thing for chickens, though she's oddly selective about which ones she'll feed; one of them "could fly," so it doesn't count in her mind.
She's got an older brother, Jun, who captains a basketball team at a different high school. As for Noe herself, she's known for being refreshingly blunt and saying what's on her mind without much of a filter. Despite the weird exterior, she's actually pretty good at picking up on how people are feeling.
