Chain Sumeragi is the "Invisible Werewolf" and one of the Werewolf Bureau agents stationed with Libra. She's dependable on the job, but has a reputation for being cold or seemingly indifferent to others—like the time she appeared to ignore Leo getting mugged, only to mysteriously recover his winnings afterward. The irony's not lost on anyone.
She's got a sadistic streak, too, and isn't above dishing out physical punishment to get what she wants. Zapp bears the brunt of it, mainly because the two just don't mesh.
Being a werewolf comes with a catch: Chain needs a token anchoring her to the material world. Without it, she risks fading out of existence if she overextends herself in her invisible form. Her token is Steven A. Starphase, a fellow Libra member.
