This kid's got an ego the size of a cannon—which tracks, because he's obsessed with them. He's always going on about being the Ninjutsu Academy's number one idol and bragging about his firearms skills, but here's the thing: he's actually good. Like, legitimately skilled. His thing is cannons specifically. He names them, talks to them, takes them on walks. His favorite is a small one he calls Yuriko.
He's constantly butting heads with Takiyashamaru, another fourth-year with a similarly inflated sense of his own abilities. Both of them look up to Shousei and are always trying to get close enough to learn from him, which probably doesn't help either of them chill out about their own importance.
