Takao is a second year at Fujou High and president of the Game Creation Club. She's best known for her serious dedication to gaming—the kind of person who'll camp out for a new release or blow her shopping budget on a game instead of a swimsuit, much to Inada's confusion.
The club's history is a bit messy. Roka used to be in it, but her difficult personality clashed with the other members, so things fell apart. Takao responded by making life difficult for everyone involved, which caused them to bail. She eventually rebuilt the club by recruiting Inada, Yamada, and Sakuragaoka. On the surface, she acts like she's just annoyed at Roka for leaving, but she was genuinely hurt that Roka ditched her to start something else.
