Sousou runs Kyosho and hangs out with Genjou and Houkou, though he's probably best known for being completely unhinged once his dragon woke up. Before that, he was pretty laid-back about everything, but after the awakening, he became obsessed with power and violence—basically his dragon took over his personality. These days he's less interested in hunting down artifacts like the Gyokuji or Hyakuhekitou and way more focused on collecting powerful toushi under his control.
He's got a weird habit of needling Kaku about her glasses, insisting she'd look cuter without them. When it came down to it, he was willing to let Kanu go free without getting the Gyokuji in return—he just wanted what Kanu offered instead. That's pretty in character for someone who values people over objects.
Strength-wise, he's basically untouchable right now. Fans often point out that he's hands-down the strongest character in the series at this point. There's also this recurring thing where he has dreams about some old guy with writing covering his forehead, asking Sousou to avenge him—which is weird and hasn't really been explained yet.
