Souya Kawata, known as "Angry," is the Fourth Division Vice-Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang and the younger twin brother of Nahoya Kawata, better known as "Smiley."
Despite the intimidating look he's got going on, Angry is genuinely kind and pacifist at heart. He genuinely cares about his friends and will go to great lengths to protect them. Smiley has even said that Angry's too nice to actually beat anyone up, which is pretty funny given how he looks.
Visually, Angry's hard to miss. He's on the shorter side with a small build, sporting voluminous curly bright turquoise hair that matches his eyes perfectly. Two silver earrings sit on his right earlobe. The thing that really sets him apart though is his face—he's constantly got this snarl going on, prominent veins and all, which is exactly where the "Angry" nickname comes from. When he's out on personal time with Smiley, they coordinate their outfits, but during actual gang operations he wears the standard Tokyo Manji uniform like everyone else.
