Headon is the Guardian of the First Floor and essentially the Tower's caretaker. What sets him apart from other Guardians is that he's not bound to his floor—he can teleport freely between any of the 134 Floors in the Outer Tower and the Middle Area, which he uses when recruiting Regulars. Most Guardians stay put on their assigned floors, so this mobility is pretty unique to him.
