Quirk: Spike
Souga Kugizaki is best known as a vigilante operating in the Naruhata area, where he's become a trusted ally of the Naruhata Vigilantes. He wasn't always on the right side of things—he started out as an Instant Villain before eventually shifting gears and joining the vigilante crew. His Quirk, Spike, lets him generate sharp protrusions, which he puts to use in his vigilante work.
