Seiryuu ranks as the third of the Four Beasts and is a dragon demon known for his incredible speed. His signature move lets him emit youki to freeze opponents solid. He's fast enough that fans often debate how strong he really is—in the manga, Hiei takes him down so quickly he doesn't even get an attack off, but that's more a testament to Hiei's skill than any weakness on Seiryuu's part. The anime gives him a much better showing, portraying him as genuinely dangerous and nearly taking Hiei out before losing. He's classified as a Middle C class demon.
