Reita Toritsuka is a psychic who can see spirits—a skill that mostly annoys him because he's stuck being haunted by Nendou's dead father. He's one of only three people who know about Saiki's powers, along with Saiki's family. Rather than actually doing anything useful with his abilities, though, Toritsuka's main interest is leveraging them to impress girls. Fans often note that his priorities are. not great.
