Arathi was a sadistic man, enjoying playing with his opponent. He was one of the gravekeepers who fought the Group of Terror. He was able to kill Balluck, a fairly skilled assassin, but ultimately allowed his playfulness to overcome him and was murdered at the hands of Kurome.
He wielded both a Teigu and Shingu; Leonelle and Water-Dragon Sword respectively.
