A pilot who knew Yuu Hiyama's father. He witnessed the Fusuma kill his friend firsthand, which understandably made him a target of Yuu's anger—she'd blamed him for her father's death. Later, after Ushio and Tora took down the sky demon, Yuu finally apologized to him for the accusation.
