One of several assassins who've targeted the Headmaster. He's a trained ninja from the Fuuma school and runs in the same circles as Anchuu Mosaku—which pretty much tells you everything you need to know about his reputation. He gravitates toward guns despite not being particularly skilled with them, which is kind of his whole thing.
