Griselda
A strict rule-follower and the only Mana user stationed at Arzenal, Griselda serves as Jill's second-in-command. She's known for taking protocol seriously—sometimes to the point of rigidity. Like other Mana users, she regards Normas as less than human, viewing them as objects rather than people.
Behind the scenes, it's implied that Griselda actually works for the Rosenblums rather than directly for Jill. Beyond her official role as second-in-command, she functions as Arzenal's caretaker, managing the island's day-to-day operations and overseeing its infrastructure. She's essentially the one keeping things running smoothly in the background.
