B is a parasyte that Shinichi first encounters in episode two. Unlike Migi, B actively seeks out a deal—he approaches Migi with a proposition to take over Shinichi's right hand, claiming it would boost his host's overall abilities.
The thing is, B never actually gets a proper name in the manga, which is kind of fitting for how minor his role ends up being in the bigger picture.
