Kuromine Asahi is famous for being an open book—literally incapable of lying. His emotions are written all over his face, so people have nicknamed him "anazaru" (basically a leaky bucket). It's a mixed blessing: everyone wants his honest opinion, but they also tend to exclude him from anything confidential.
Everything changes when he tries to confess his feelings to Shiragami Youko and discovers she's a vampire. Rather than freak out or let her get expelled, Asahi makes her a promise: he'll keep her secret, no matter what. Given his inability to hide anything, this becomes his biggest challenge yet.
