Draco is a Dragonewt—basically a humanoid descendant of dragons. She's best known for her hilariously botched first meeting with Miia, where she showed up during Miia's date with Kimihito and attacked Miia in what she genuinely thought was a friendly way to bond. It didn't go over well.
