Fukumi works as a reporter covering Akihabara, broadcasting directly from his mobile news van. He's basically glued to his job—constantly hunting for the next big story, and he's become obsessed with chasing down the Black Rider, convinced there's always something newsworthy happening wherever that figure shows up. Whether it's genuine journalistic instinct or just the thrill of the chase, Fukumi never seems to let the Black Rider out of his sight for long.
