Kana's a magician who broke out of a lab alongside Kuroha, and the two are roommates now. She's paralyzed and relies on a keyboard to communicate, which doesn't stop her from being pretty sharp-tongued when she wants to be—she's got good intentions underneath it all, but she'll definitely call you out if needed.
Her main thing is that she can predict how and when people are going to die. It's a heavy ability, and it colors a lot of how she sees the world around her.
