Keichou Nijimura is Okuyasu's older brother and basically the brains of the operation between them. While Okuyasu tends to be impulsive and kind of a mess, Keichou's got his head on straight—he's actually pretty level-headed and rational when it counts. His Stand is Bad Company, which lets him command a miniature army of tanks, helicopters, and soldiers.
