Civilian Form
Sei's got golden blonde hair down to her shoulders, pinned up with two orange barrettes decorated with cream fabric. She wears a flowing cream-colored top paired with an orange star necklace. Her outfit is completed with a dark brown, orange, and purple dress worn over purple tights and cream-colored thigh-high boots.
Cure Twinkle
When transformed, her hair gets those signature orange streaks in front while keeping the blonde base—similar to Cure Dream's style. She trades her casual look for a more elaborate outfit: a gold tiara with a star centerpiece, a yellow choker, and star-shaped earrings.
Her Cure form is sleeveless, layering light yellow and yellowish-green in a cascading design toward the left side.
