O is one of the judges, and he's noticeably shorter than his fellow executives. He's got white shoulder-length hair and dark skin. He won the first G.O.H tournament, which pretty much cemented his reputation as the strongest judge among the group.
Personality-wise, he's calm and upbeat—probably why he's constantly stuck playing peacemaker between R (who's irritable) and Q (who tends to act on impulse). The two of them are always butting heads, and O usually has to step in.
His Charyeok is called "Dragon Slayer," and it's exactly what it sounds like: he can summon and control dragons, plus wield fire. He's the one responsible for bringing Mira into the G.O.H Tournament, though he seems genuinely afraid of her. He goes out of his way to avoid making eye contact and refers to her as "a monster"—which tells you something about how he views her abilities.
