Gremmy Thoumeaux is a Quincy and one of the Wandenreich's Sternritter, bearing the designation "V" - "The Visionary." His whole thing is turning imagination into reality, which is exactly as overpowered as it sounds.
What you see when you look at Gremmy isn't actually him. He's got this childlike appearance—messy blond hair, young features, red eyes—and wears a modified version of the standard Sternritter white uniform: a loose trench coat with a hood and high collar. But it's all a construct. His actual body is just a disembodied brain housed in some kind of protective casing. The physical form everyone interacts with? Pure manifestation of his power.
During the Wandenreich's second invasion, Gremmy goes up against Zaraki Kenpachi.
