A science teacher at the school where Honoka and Kagari study, he's also a wizard from a family of witches and wizards with ties to the workshop witches. His specialties are potions and dimensional rift manipulation—pretty handy skills for someone in his position.
Despite having no official contract with Tougetsu City, he's essentially the person responsible for wiping or altering residents' memories about witches. It's unclear how much the city actually knows about this arrangement, but that's the gig he's stuck with.
