Despite her age, Tanpopo still enjoys picture books, stuffed toys and colouring. She is bright and an airhead, but her IQ is pretty high. Tanpopo always wears a bright (usually orange) hair ribbon and carries a stuffed bunny named Barney-chan (バーニーちゃん) with her, even when she goes to bed.
