Ryohei is basically the poster child for living life to the extreme—and he means that literally. Everything he does, he does with maximum intensity, which is pretty fitting given that he's naturally built like someone who trained their whole life, even though he just. wasn't. He was born with exceptional muscle strength, way above normal, but he can't tap into his full potential unless he's got serious motivation—usually life-or-death stakes or something involving his sister Kyoko.
Speaking of Kyoko, she's the younger sister that Tsuna's been crushing on for basically the entire series. They both went through some rough stuff in elementary school when older students lured Ryohei into a situation and beat him up pretty badly, leaving him with a scar on his left temple that's stuck with him ever since.
As one of the older Vongola Ring Guardians, Ryohei's claim to fame is definitely his boxing obsession. He's all-in on it. When Reborn shot him with the Dying Will bullet as a test, it actually maxed out his power output instantly—turns out when you're already living in constant Dying Will mode like he is, that kind of bullet just overloads everything. The guy's basically always running at peak intensity anyway.
