Angela's a fellow student of Gohan's at Orange Star High School during the Great Saiyaman era. She's got long red hair and wears contact lenses. Best known for the episode "Gohan's First Date," where she basically blackmails Gohan into taking her out—he's convinced she's figured out he's the Great Saiyaman and will expose him if he doesn't comply. The whole thing falls apart when it's revealed her leverage was actually just spotting him in teddy bear underwear, which is embarrassing enough on its own.
After that date goes south, Angela gets the wrong idea about Gohan and Videl having feelings for each other. Both of them deny it, but she buys it anyway and dumps Gohan on the spot, moving on to some other guy instead. The whole situation leaves Gohan pretty humiliated. She shows up again briefly in Dragon Ball GT, just part of the crowd when Mr. Satan makes his doomsday announcement.
