Noriko Okamachi was a TV idol best known for her role as Sailor Ojou, a phage who emerged after her Star Seed was stolen. She's probably remembered most for her messy romantic subplot with Yaten—after he turned her down, she got angry enough to confront him at a pet groomer's shop, where things escalated when she accused him of being gay. Luna scratched her during the ensuing argument, and it might've turned into an actual cat fight if Chuuko Nezu hadn't shown up posing as a nosy reporter to break things up.
When Sailor Iron Mouse attacked and removed Noriko's Star Seed, Luna couldn't stop it. The transformation into Sailor Ojou followed, though it didn't last long—Eternal Sailor Moon managed to restore her to human form after their battle.
