Jupiter first showed up in Double Team Turnover! recovering the Lustrous Orb from Team Rocket after they'd stolen it from the Celestic Town Historical Research Center. She'd go on to become one of Cyrus's key operatives, leading capture squads after the Lake guardians alongside various Pokémon hunters.
Her real introduction came in Unlocking the Red Chain of Events!, where she was guarding Charon while he worked on the Red Chain at Fuego Ironworks. She managed to capture Looker, Jessie, and James, then ran into Ash and his friends for the first time. Jupiter was visibly annoyed that Mesprit, Azelf, and Uxie had picked them as protectors instead of her, Saturn, and Mars. She and Charon made their escape with her Skuntank's help.
When Team Galactic's operation finally came to a head in The Needs of the Three!, Jupiter clashed with the group again. In The Battle Finale of Legend!, she was posted to guard the outside of Spear Pillar, but Cynthia caught her quickly. She ended up arrested alongside Mars and Saturn. She also had a brief cameo in Saving the World From Ruins!.
