Aloe is the Gym Leader of Shippou City's Gym, where she specializes in Normal-type Pokémon. Trainers who beat her earn the Basic Badge and TM67 (Retaliation).
In Pokémon Black and White, Aloe is the second Gym Leader players face. She shows up again after Team Plasma is defeated, handing over a Moon Stone in Yaguruma Forest. Later, she and the other Unova Gym Leaders confront the Seven Sages at N's Castle. In the summer, she can be found visiting Cynthia in Sazanami Town.
