Kibi is Dakki's older sister, though you'd never guess it from her childish appearance. She's a Youkai Hanyou Sennin whose true form is a chikeisei—a rare bird capable of manipulating time through its feathers, able to move it forward or backward at will.
Like Youzen, Kibi relies on transformation abilities, but hers come from the paopei Nyoihagoromo, a magical cloth similar to what her sisters use. What sets her apart is that her transformations are absurdly versatile—she can become literally anything she imagines, from light itself to slip past barriers. This actually makes her transformation ability stronger than the seven ultimate paopei, which is saying something.
Kibi's got a pretty obvious crush on Sibuxiang. She carries around a plushie of him constantly, and at Hourai Island, she confronts Taikoubou directly, challenging him to a duel for the right to marry Sibuxiang.
