Mikado
Mikado is an ambitious young strategist from the Red World with a personal stake in mastering its cloning technology—he's determined to use it to bring back his younger sister. As a Z/X cardholder bonded to Alexander, he holds significant power in Kyushu, where he effectively runs the city and commands its defense forces.
Despite his official role as Alexander's strategist, Mikado appears to have little actual control over his partner. In fact, fans and observers have noted that the dynamic seems reversed—it's Alexander who actually calls the shots, with Mikado following his lead rather than the other way around.
