Fritz Stanford is a member of the Aryan Socialist Union, a U.S.-based neo-Nazi organization. He's best known for being part of a salvage mission near Jakarta to retrieve a painting called "The Twelve Knights Led by Brunhilda" from a sunken U-boat. The job came from a former SS officer named Lord Alfred, but the Lagoon Company—specifically Revy and Rock—was hired for the same task, leading to a direct confrontation between the groups.
Stanford fits the stereotype perfectly: a tall, imposing guy who's blindly loyal to his leader Ratchman and fanatical about his ideology. During a raid on the ASU's boat, he ran into Revy after her pistols had emptied. Instead of taking advantage of the moment, he made the mistake of running his mouth, bragging about how weak she was and flaunting his gold-plated Luger while claiming she couldn't even lift it. The whole time, though, Revy was calmly reloading. She shot him in the head—partly to take him out, partly to shut him up.
