When Laguna was a little girl, her left eye was shot in an accident by Vice Granscenic. Since then Vice never used his his weapon and he was transferred to be a helicopter pilot. Laguna and Vice never met or talked to each other since the accident happened. Laguna is a distant relative of Vice.
