The grandson of Sneagator (Shocadile), a classic Akuma Choujin who lost to Mantaro's father back in the day. His whole thing is that he can transform into a giant athletic shoe—which honestly seems pretty random until you learn that his weakness is stepping in feces. In the anime, they went a different direction and gave him an alien from Planet Kinniku instead, called a Stinkbug, which is admittedly less gross but maybe less memorable.
