Satoshi is a high school student from Kisaragi Academy's class 2-9. He's genuinely kindhearted and the type who'll go out of his way for people he cares about—but there's a pretty big contradiction in his personality, since he's also kind of a coward. When his class got dragged into that whole ritual at Heavenly Host Elementary School, he was seriously reluctant about the whole thing.
He's not the sharpest tool in the shed either. Multiple girls in his friend group apparently have crushes on him, but he's completely oblivious to it all. Not that it matters much anyway—once everyone got trapped in Heavenly Host and things turned nightmarish, romance became the last thing on anyone's mind.
What's interesting about Satoshi is that despite the horrific surroundings and everything going wrong around him, he actually finds the strength to keep moving forward. His motivation is pretty straightforward: he wants to protect the people closest to him, especially his younger sister Yuka. That fear and cowardice don't really stop him when it counts.
