Ritsuko Iwashita is a Class 2-B student at Fumizuki Academy and close friends with Mayumi Kikuiri.
She's shown to have solid math skills, though she got thoroughly outmatched by Mizuki Himeji early on. Her real test came during the Summoned Being Tournament in Volume 2 and the Matsuri OVA, when she and Mayumi faced off against Akihisa and Yuuji. Despite holding a massive 116-point advantage over Akihisa, she lost anyway—his Shoukanjuu's speed and his chemistry with Yuuji just proved too much to handle.
Fans often note that her Summoned Being looks completely different depending on which version you're watching or reading. The manga version is a straightforward ninja with a katana, while the anime went full fantasy knight with Western armor and a sword. Then the Matsuri OVA decided to go in a weird direction entirely—bunny ears, casual girls' clothes, and a giant hammer.
