Kenji's got short, spiky grey-black hair and wears half-rimmed glasses that obscure his eye color. He's about the same height as Takatoshi Tsuda.
He's one of the guys Aria Shichijō calls out early on—a so-called "harem-seeker" who deliberately enrolled at Ousai Private Academy specifically because it'd just gone co-ed with way more girls than boys. He was banking on decent Valentine's Day chocolate haul, but Takatoshi had to break it to him that being one of the few dudes on campus doesn't automatically make you popular. Reality check, apparently.
When Takatoshi got picked for the Student Council, Kenji was pretty bitter about it. The positions came with serious perks—namely, being surrounded by attractive girls—so he pushed to take Takatoshi's spot. The second Takatoshi called his bluff and actually offered to hand it over, though, Kenji backed down hard. He knew the work would be a nightmare and wasn't about that life. Takatoshi found his wishy-washy attitude annoying.
Beneath the harem-seeking scheme, Kenji's honestly just a regular teenager. Compared to the weirder people in his year, he's probably the most normal thing you'll find at Ousai.
