A high school student in Higashida's class. She's best known for the incident where Higashida initially mistook her for a ghost—she was bundled up in a winter scarf and uniform during the middle of summer, which understandably freaked him out. Turns out she'd caught a cold on the first day of school after going without her scarf, and it spiraled into pneumonia. By the time she recovered, she'd already missed the crucial window for making friends, so she just. never came back to school.
There's also a mysterious old man that only she can see. Fans have pieced together that he's actually her grandfather.
