Hyui of the Wind
Hyui commands the Goshasei's Wind Army and fights using a technique that lets him slice through enemies by manipulating wind pressure. He's best known for his confrontation with Raou, which goes badly—he gets taken down almost immediately after showing up. Before he dies, he warns Raou that the rest of the Goshasei are coming for both him and Kenshiro.
The TV adaptation gives him a bit more to do. He crosses paths with Kenshiro before his fight with Raou, and fans of the series might remember that he has a younger brother named Shion, a detail unique to the anime.
