Dr. Gengo Aoi
Gengo Aoi is best known as the brilliant scientist behind Pandora, Limiters, and Stigmata—basically the foundational tech that shaped everything in this world. He's also Kazuya and Kazuha's grandfather, which explains where they got their brains.
As a member of the Chevalier, he's been involved in some serious research. His most recent work is the Valkyrie project, which he originally designed as a direct counterweight to Pandora. The idea got shelved for a while, but recent events have brought it back online and activated it again—so clearly something major went down that made his old failsafe suddenly relevant.
