Kinkotsu Obaba is Kinkotsuman's aunt—his mother's older sister—and exists only in the anime. She came from the Gokuaku Chojin realm alongside her nephew and a guy named Iwao, another anime-only addition to that backstory.
She's got the characters for "Obaba" (オババ) literally written across her forehead. The woman's got some serious supernatural abilities: she can spy on distant matches using a crystal ball and warp people between locations. In the movie Hour of Triumph! Seigi Choujin, she apparently handles time travel too.
One of her defining character traits is that she's constantly hitting on attractive men, especially Detective Gobugari—who finds the whole thing pretty gross and wants nothing to do with her advances.
