Ogawa's main claim to fame is being Tomo Aizawa's classmate and Mifune's best friend. She and Mifune got pretty jealous when Tomo started hanging around Misaki all the time, so they actually confronted her about it—though that didn't go great since Tomo basically intimidated them into backing off. Things got better after Tomo offered to help them get closer to Misaki, which was enough to turn them into something like friends.
